Bathroom installation will be layered aluminum and there will be a suspended ceiling with a hole.

Walls will be coated with first class workmanship and quality faience of 25x40 with border, up to the ceiling. Floor tiles will be ceramic again with first class workmanship and quality material. One lavatory bowl, one reservoir, one washbasin will be installed. A shower place with suitable dimensions will be installed. Soap dish, shelves, mirror and a place for cleaing peaper will be the accessories. Parent bathroom installation will be layered aluminium and there will be suspended ceiling.

There will be a double speed, double door elevator for 4 people on each floor. Entrance doors of each block will be manufactured as aluminium with pass card. Building entrances, stairs and stair landing will be coated with first class marble. Enough space for utility counters will be left over on building entrances.
